Bohler DC Principal Mike O'Hara was recently appointed to ULI Washington's Housing Local Product Council for the third consecutive year. Mike also serves on the ULI Washington Advisory Board.
Mike's position in the council allows Bohler DC to stay at the forefront of residential development trends and challenges in the District.
Housing Local Product Council members identify and share best practices, emerging trends, and public and private approaches on all forms of residential development throughout Washington. The group is focused on supporting the region’s housing goals. Throughout the year, they discuss arising housing issues and plan educational events.
Through his involvement, Mike is fostering trusted connections and is continuing to create opportunities to enhance the local community.
